Solitaire Jewellery’s reputation begins when Vartan Khanjian opens his retail business on Yonge Street. Mr. Khanjian is prepared, attentive and professional from the moment he establishes his business.

Expansion includes manufacturing, retailing of tools & supplies, and importing diamonds.

Solitaire’s strategy focuses on personal appointments only. Mr. Khanjian realizes & proves that his clients will benefit tremendously with his new business model.

A strategic family venture is successfully implemented between Toronto and Antwerp, Belgium. Solitaire Jewellery begins importing internationally certified diamonds that are cut in Belgium.

Solitaire is a family business started by Vartan Khanjian who is a master jeweler and the President of the company.

He brings his expertise in the traditional goldsmith craft, as well as his extensive experience in business and with diamonds.

Alex Khanjian

Alex’s knowledge, understanding and professionalism of the business are evident by his solid track record.

Putting himself in the front-line of the jewellery business at an early age, he took the initiative to learn all aspects of the business.

Alex is Solitaire’s lead jewellery designer, and his years of design and jewellery experience is extensive. He is both certified and a pioneer in jewellery 3D design and CNC machining. Alex is also certified by HRD in diamond grading and identification.
